C sneed

A few days ago I submitted a photo of this lawn uncut
I explain how they leave their clippings in my yard
Yesterday all day until after dark I dealt with her throwing it back to my yard
She did a video n I explained in her video I was givn her trash back I keep askn her not to leave on my property
She keeps using her minor sin to do the damage
I don't address him but something needs to be done
I've spent 5k on a fence n sec cams I can't put up yet til I recover
Please help
