    All day saturday (and late afternoons), school buses (Father Judge, First Student, UPenn) idle along Sedgley Rd/Dr. waiting for crew practice to end. Idling is ILLEGAL in Philadelphia. Please post "NO IDLING" signs along the roads or enforce the law. The exhaust fumes suffocate the neighborhood.

    These are the same neighborhood kids who hang out and drink at the "green bridge" at the end of 29th at PA Ave. In the summer. For the third straight weekend with nice weather, they have been drinking up at the picnic area (illegal) and leaving 30+ cans.
