At the intersection of Nowell road and Hillsborough street, it appears that the city began to install traffic lights but hasn't finished. The lights have been hanging there since at least 4/29/2022 but don't seem any closer to begin active. This intersection becomes very dangerous when traffic builds up on Nowell Road due to the sharp turn, low visibility, and heavy traffic on Hillsborough street. Installation of the lights should be completed to make the intersection safer.
