    at 5103 Riverside Drive, a tree came down during Hurricane Irene. It cratered the sidewalk at that location. This is a liability issue for the city and needs to be fixed as soon as possible!!! Someone could be injured if they tripped on the upended concrete pieces and the city could be sued.
