We have a very large old tree in our front yard that is on town property. We love this tree for the shade and oxygen it provides us.
At this time there is one large branch falling toward the front yard garden and fence. We think it will not reach our house when it falls but we have been wrong before.

We are requesting that the town take down the large falling limb but leave our very old tree in tact. It provides a home for birds and squirrels and even insects which we know are not desirable but will not cut the trees life so short that there would be a need to take down the entire tree.

We are hoping for a quick limb removal aka amputation......before the tree self prunes in an undesirable way.
