    the repairs in the alley after utility work are being done improperly. the rebar is not tied properly as it is resting against the ground - it must be 2 in above the ground so that it is in the concrete when it is laid. This badly engineered alley patch will crack very quickly after the concrete is laid.
  • Cottonwood Park - Richardson
    The rebar is properly set in the repair for the Park trail. It will crack in no time as the rebar is resting on the underlying sand it will not sufficiently strengthen the concrete. This is not to code.
