The water is not dangerously deep, but it is definitely not draining sufficiently or at all. I believe this corner does not have a storm drain but does have a small culvert. I don't see where the tube exits so I'm not sure if it is clogged or just under provisioned.

The water collects and floods my area, 4-5 times in the past 2 months. Attached is an image of the crawl space at 9124 Lawlor, which floods every time it rains, and the soil under the footers of my foundation is eroding away. Neighbors on Lawlor and Burr have similar issues. Can storm drains please be installed on the uphill side of Burr street?
