    Can photo submissions be disabled for this very important piece of seeclickfix - it is overrun with images of homeless people just.. existing - and while it logs a bit of attention to how some citizens are using provided tools vs law enforcement and the legislated government provisions to actually impact their knowledge or their community or perhaps a law enforcement concern needing to be reported, it is shocking the city continues to allow this trend and does not continue to innovate this … pothole reporter app away from the inhumane treatment of it’s residents.

    Homelessness is not illegal, but imo, complacency in this case has created a niche for concern and increasing concern at that.

    VisionWorks has observable "staining" all along the property a d last night at 2:00AM I observed during a walk "Yellowish-green" grass while also observing, possibly unrelated, dying grass in adjacent neighborhoods as I walked to my destination.

    The property I have reported once before when a pipe or irrigation system failed and excessive water leaked.

    The property is well maintained and even had broken signage fixed recently. My concern is simply the quality of water, the dispensing of it, and if anything ahould / can be done to support Vision Works from city code enforcement.. if it's their issue or y'alls.

    Stop is adjacent to a private home and a business with a brick divider and no where to sit or more critically, dispose of waste which often lands in the private yard - see picture of cleaned niche often found not so can-less. not an issue issue but I’m sure the homeowner would appreciate a bit of help keeping their property clean from bus riders imo.
