Concerned Citizen

9353 Tulip is always having parties. There are young teens that drink and smoke marijuana. Neighbors are being harassed. Houses are being broken into as well as cars. When home owner was approached she stated there is nothing she can do. Can the police patrol this area. I mean these teens are also drinking and driving. Someone is going to get hurt.

There are 2 vehicles that have been abandoned on the 7100 block of Edmund St. One is a silver Lincoln Town Car PA plate # HSS 3904 The other is a white Ford Excursion Texas plate 78Z HB5. These have been sitting for weeks. I think the might be stolen.

It has been 27 days since I reported this light out. I guess now that elections are over nothing will get done for the working class people in the neighborhoods.

There is an abandoned house on 7135 Edmund St. Kids are going in through the back and doing drugs in there. My dog went after one tonight and almost bit him. Please help us!
