Large tree limb has fallen into the street due to the wind on Thursday evening, 4/9/20. Someone dragged it across the street, but the tree it came from could be a hazard. In the summer of 2019, a large limb fell from the same tree and totaled a vehicle and damaged a street lamp.

Street light damaged at the corner of Edgewood and Laurel Avenues. Appears to have been damaged during 2/25/19 wind storm. Light is electrified (was lit at night) but dangling from pole, creating a hazard.

This street light has been out for the past few weeks and needs to be repaired. It is located directly in front of 38 North Pine Avenue.

The one-way directional signs at the intersection of South Swan Street and State Street appear damaged and bent. There is also a lack of clear "Do Not Enter" signs and I have seen several vehicles negotiating right-hand turns onto South Swan Street from State Street, creating an extremely dangerous situation of vehicles going the wrong way. This is not uncommon in this area near the Capitol, where out-of-towners are unfamiliar with Albany roads. More "Do Not Enter" or "Wrong Way" signs are needed, along with repairs to the one-way signs in order to keep this area safe.

Crosswalk markings are needed at the intersection of Berkshire Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. There is a gap in the guard rails that border Buckingham Lake Park for pedestrians to enter, however there is no crosswalk that would allow pedestrians to cross Berkshire Boulevard from Euclid Avenue. This creates a dangerous situations for walkers who are entering or leaving the park and trying to avoid speeding vehicles. A crosswalk would help ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles alike.

There are several potholes and ruts between the South Mall arterial and State Street on South Swan Street. These potholes and ruts continue to get deeper and have actually damaged one of my car tires. They surround sewer grates, manhole covers, and road seams. These must be repaired to prevent any further damage to other motorists.
