Resident has dilapidated shack in front of and next to the garage, excessive weeds and overgrown landscape. Additionally the homeowner removed and threw two six foot sections of fallen fence which belongs to the adjacent property, 36 Fernandez Circle, that was leaning on the area where it had displaced and subsequently threw it on the front lawn of that neighbor on two 2 separate occasions without any inquiry.
