    There is an electrical easement that needs the grass cut. This issue has been discussed numerous times before with the city. These easement needs to be cut with a walk behind mower and a weed eater, not a ride-on. As usual the last time it was cut a ride on was used and therefore it got stuck and has been left in a really bad state.
