    This part of cumming street is becoming dangerous to pedestrians as more homes have been built surrounding the United Methodist Church. There is a lot on congestion on Sundays. I think the church should consider a police officer to direct traffic.
    The residents would appreciate some assistance in creating a safer crossing on a daily basis.
    We also have lots of speeding cars into the late night. We saw an elderly couple crossing the street last Sunday that almost got hit by a car and the car just increased their speed and drove off. Maybe a speed hump? Flashing lights crosswalk?
    Please help us find a better and safer solution i

    My son and dog were chased by a coyote last night in Thompson park. It was about 9:30 pm. The pack live in the far right corner of the park. The coyote came out and started following them .my son got nervous are started running it started running . then my son started sprinting and it just ran faster. He made it home safely with our dog.but was very upset. We need to have this looked into. It's one thing to say it is natural to have them here.but we shouldn't be fearful to be in the park. Thank you.............

    Thompson street needs an updated traffic study as the street continues to get busier as more development continues
    1) people drive way too fast. This is a residential road with parking on both side of the street. It is dangerous parking get your of your car at times. Please review
    2) corner of Thompson and Westside: this needs an upgraded solution Very very dangerous Crossing over to Avalon is safe. Once on the Thompson street side, sidewalk ends and you have to cross. There needs to be a auto flashing light that is triggered like the one at the alpha loop and Haynes bridge
    3) lastly. the same auto flashing crosswalk on the exits from the park to cross Thompson. People are going sooo fast down the hill. not knowing there is a cross over out of the park at the bottom of the hill.

    Please help us improve the safety of this beautiful part of alpharetta..... ...

    Suggestion: Consider adding a few signs to warn walkers about the wildlife at Thompson park. We have a lot of foot traffic this time of year. Young and old people that might be surprised by one of these animals and get hurt.
    .Yesterday we spotted a Fisher with a large snake in its mouth in the rocks under the bridge at the back of the retention pond.It was not a black snake. I'm sure those rocks are a great place for them to live.
    We have heard from others they have recently seen poisonous snakes back there. We also have a pack of coyots that liv in back right woods. They start howling when they hear sirens from old Milton.

    We live directly across from the new providence real estate development on Thompson street. We are enduring a lot of noise, house shaking, dirty porches etc. as they grade and ready the neighborhood for building.
    What are the hours they are allowed to work? I
    t is Saturday morning, wand I as looking forward to a peaceful morning however they are working and very loud.
    They didn't stop of Friday night until 6:30 and now are working at 8:00 of Saturday morning
    . .Please let me knowthe hours they are allowed to wor.

    Dangerous situation needs solution.
    We live in Midwick, off of Thompson street.
    Leaving our neighborhood and turning left onto Thompson street is very dangerous.
    If there is a car parked on the left, in the last parking space closest to the entrance, you cannot see to turn left. Last night we narrowly missed what would have been a very bad accident. The second issue is that people pick up speed coming down the hill on Thompson from Westside.
    So, the view is obstructed to turn out of neighborhood and people can be driving too fast. Very very dangerous. Please take a look at thus and let us know if you have a resolution. Thank you!
