    How long will it take until we once again see the correct time and temperature on the newly made-over Hollywood Water Tower along I-95? This is an embarrassment to the current administration as much as it is to the manufacturer. Let's have the NEW Mayor use the $77K being withheld to find someone to fix it if the current administration continues its hand wringing!

    Now I see another Hollywood water tower is getting a make

    over. Will it too have a mysteriously disappearing clock?
