NO ONE CAN USE THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF MY HOME FOR DAYS AFTER IT RAINS AND HAVE TO WALK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. Every time it rains, because of the slanting and sinking of the public sidewalk, the entire sidewalk in front of my home completely floods and so does the street in front of my home.
