Streetlights A7995 and N10955 have been completely out for weeks. These are the lights on the 1000 block of Jackson Street, East Side. It is very dark and a safety concern without these lights working.

This is the same issue as #1318716. I've reported it many times over the years but nothing has been done. There is an unhoused individual who has set up camp at 1100 Jackson. He never leaves, he screams at all hours of the day, and is increasing unstable. Please offer services and escalate if he is unwilling.

3 street lights are out on the 1000 block of Jackson Street. Both lights on the corner of 10th and Jackson and one on the corner of 11th and Jackson. It is dark and unsafe on this block.

Unhoused individual has set up an encampment for 3 years. He takes city property (see picture) to create encampment. Encampment is full of garbage, fecal matter, encroaches on pedestrian right of way, and has already caused damage to adjoining building. He is increasingly belligerent and can be seen walking with metal pipe and screaming at passersby. He is located one block away from an elementary school. It is time to offer the individual housing options and, if he declines, escalate the situation per protocol to vacate the illegal encampment.

I reported this issue on 3/8. It has not even been acknowledged. I'm reporting it again. There are 2 blocks of Jackson Street (900 and 1000 blocks) with no working street lights. The only illumination comes from private businesses. Now the street lights on 11th street between Alice and Jackson are not operational. This is dangerous for both vehicular and citizen safety.

All streetlights are out on the 800, 900, and 1000 blocks of Jackson Street. It is a safety concern as it's very dark on these blocks.
