    My recycling is hit or miss every single week. i also would like to request a new garbage bin. The one I am currently issued pops out at the handles each pickup and has never rolled easily. (One wheel works.)

    Mayor Keller said he "would look into it" for Silver Hills. I count 41 down Gold today and 38 yesterday.
