    This tree began slumping about week ago. We called Selco and they said responsible party is the state because the trunk is on Division of Fisheries land (I checked GIS layer). I also sent an email to mass wildlife generic email. The tree is resting on a dead tree up high and when it falls will take out a power line. It is parcel #19-066000, on Lear St South. Not sure how to proceed .
