    • Friday morning about 6:30 am pulled up to a red light heading east on NW 2nd Street at the cross-road of NW 1st Avenue.
    • There was no train in either direction during the wait for a green light.
    • Watched while the north-south traffic on Dixie Highway went through 2 cycles of green-red lights.
    • Red light heading east on NW 2nd Street remained red the entire time.
    • Waited over 4 minutes at the intersection.
    • The vehicle behind me gave up and went around me proceeding through the intersection and over the railroad tracks on the red light.
    • Not sure when the light finally, if it did, turned green.
    The wait for a green light at this intersection is always a long one but 4 minutes and obviously if the lights on Dixie Highway cycled two-times something is wrong.
