Pothole on southbound 5th Street at Armstrong Dr

There is a hole in the right lane of northbound Centerville Rd, just past the light at Meadow Creek Lane.

There is a hole on the southbound side of 5th street at Armstrong Drive, that is growing daily.

A small but growing pothole exists in front of this address.

This was reported and repaired last May/June, but the repair is wearing away to the point of needing to be redone.

The street light at this address is burned out or otherwise not working.

In the left lane of northbound Duck Creek Dr. near Park Hill Rd, is a large deep pothole that needs to be repaired.

There is a pothole on Stonewall Drive at the intersection with Southern Drive

There is a large hole in an unnamed street/alley behind Denny's where the DART buses exit the Medical/Market Center station. The buses hit this hole every time they leave the station.

There is a large pothole in the southbound lane of McDonald Dr, just south of the intersection with Winifred Dr.

On the southbound lane of Glenbrook Dr, just before Branch Dr, there is a pothole that is growing each day.
