    Weekly basis has garbage trucks spilling gallons of waste water onto the street. This is just one spot, but there are many on just this street. It is a gut wrenching smell and we can't even open the windows in our homes. Come on people and spend some money where it belongs in replacing the seals in the garbage trucks. Imaging being the guys working in this daily.
