Homeless / Transients have moved in to the underpass of Laskin / Virginia Beach Blvd onto 264. Theirs trash everywhere and as you travel a little further onto the highway more trash. I've lived in Virginia Beach since 1992 and never ever seen it this bad. I'm embarrassed to have friends come into town for the first time ever. The city council needs to bring back no loitering on roads and parking lots asking for money. I've been informed they also break into the CHKD and other help centers go thru donations and leave a mess also..
