10 Sandra Rd Hillsborough, California, 94010 - Hillsborough
In front of 10 Sandra, there is a metal panel embedded in the street, but it is not level with the street; it is embedded too deep and so driving over it is like hitting a curb or a speed bump. It's not marked as a speed bump or a curb and so cars hit it hard and it's damaging to tires.

There is still a good deal of trash along the side of Hayne Road. I notified the city on January and the Public Works team sent someone out to clean it in February (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/9267086). However, this is a persistent problem. It just comes right back because people frequently and regularly throw trash out of their cars onto the side of the road. I haven't witnessed it happen so I can't know for sure, but it looks a lot like it must be people who work outside in Hillsborough and toss their food containers (and beer cans) out of their cars. Either the road needs to be cleaned regularly or we need some other long-term fix for the root cause.

I live on Hayne Road, and I frequently walk up and down Hayne Rd for exercise. On the edge of the road near my house, and all along Hayne Rd, I frequently find trash that has been thrown out of cars. It is always fast food, convenience store food and disposable drink bottles/cans. If I had to guess, I'd say it is breakfast or lunch for people who work outdoors in Hillsborough. There is a sign at the top of Hayne Rd that says "$1200 fine for littering", but I'm sure littering has *increased* since the sign went up / in the past few years. My interpretation: people are annoyed by the sign about a fine and littering *more* out of protest.

I live at 1305 Hayne Rd. My driveway is hidden around a curve at the very bottom of Hayne just before the stop sign at the intersection of Sandra. Cars come flying down the hill very fast, and because my driveway is hidden, it makes it quite dangerous to pull out of the driveway. We have had several near accidents. I think it would be smart to put a "hidden driveway" sign above us on Hayne Rd. There is already a sign warning drivers that a stop sign is coming up, so they look for the stop sign but may miss our driveway.
