This Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van was parked next to our building for about 25 minutes (8:10-8:30), and I recognized it as the same van that did this same thing a couple weeks ago, and a couple weeks ago, I heard that night that there was a burglary of a house kitty-corner from our building I saw a white male with a baseball cap, a gray puffer vest, and I think medium-dark hair rummaging around in the back, then I went inside 25 minutes later I saw him walk very quickly down Grand Ave back towards his van, carrying a plastic bag with a large black thing poking out of it (looked like a large hook thing?) He got back in the van, started it right away, and drove off

Is this familiar to anyone, or can anyone claim this vehicle or knows who it is? It may be nothing but just struck me as a little suspicious
