    Please repair the two and a half by two and a half foot hole that is about three feet deep next to the storm drain. The area is in the west end of the park and presents a significant hazard to park users when the cover is removed. It is currently covered with a large "traffic" barrel which like the previous smaller barrel can be moved. Since something has been used to cover rather than repair this hole for over a year, this appears to be permanent repair. As expected the hole is gradually increasing in size because of erosion from heavy rains storms. Thanks.

    The road surface is always wet and contains puddles on West main Rd next to the public library. I see it as an dangerous driving conditions with the temperature dropping. I believe there is a water main valve box in the middle of that roadway section and the water is probably coming from this water valve box. Could you investigate this please? Thank you.
