    Traffic is backing up to Bay Isle on most days due to this inefficient light & traffic pattern.Why not make Higel from Midnight Pass split to Ocean Blvd one way and divert traffic to Mangrove point so that all outgoing traffic can continue off Midnight Pass without lights, or better yet a round about at north end of Boyd

    The light impedes the flow of traffic. Traffic going straight on higel should not have to stop....traffic turning left onto Midnight should wait for light. Can this be addressed?
