    Street Light within Twinwall Village Mobile Home Park is burnt out and the protective case is hanging on by a thread/wire. It's rattling in the wind and will fall into the street soon. Twinwall owns the streetlights inside the park NOT Edison so stop closing my requests! This light is a hazard and has been this way for almost a month now. Something needs to be done, you already can't see in here at night as it is.

    Man made fort in secluded off trail path within Pine Glen park. It's been there since 2017 & grounds cleanup is clearly ignoring it. A mattress, condoms, blunt wrappers, & snack wrappers litter the ground around it. They also had a heater sitting on top of the fort at one point which poses another hazard. This fort is providing a "hang out" for people to do disgusting things and trash our beautiful park with no regard. Who knows who else is using that fort, and for what purpose.

    Tree roots found inside main drain pipe causing toilet & tub to flood. It's been 6 days now & we can not use our water like normal until it's fixed. Drain boot has been loosened temporarily to release water/pressure so we can atleast take short showers, but no laundry. Water collecting under trailer now. Management is ignoring requests for feedback.
