It's been a month or two since this property had the grass cut. The weeds are well above the 6"height violation. It has been very soggy the last few weeks but it's dry enough to cut now. it needs to get done before the next rainfall and/or snow/winter arrives.

grass has not been cut since first week of May. I lodged a grass complaint on May 14, was told by city on May 19 that owner is going to take care of property. MAY 25TH NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE GRASS NEVER BEEN CUT SINCE EARLY MAY.

IS OWNER BEING FINED FOR THE BLIGHT HE PERPETUATING IN THIS CITY?!

grass/weeds are excessive again. funny thing, owner has owned the property behind Bethesda for years and always maintained the grass. now since he aquiried the church property he has stopped lawn maintenance, unless a complaint is lodged first.

I've gotten real estate soliciting mail at my home in the past from the owner saying how much he cares for Allen Park but not enough to cut the grass of his own properties on a regular basis.

everyone in this neighborhood is sick and tired of this nonsense. this property is single handedly bringing down the entire neighborhood. we pay way too much in taxes to have to put up with this.

maybe I need to call the news herald about this guy.

the church property needs the weeds and crab grass cut. about a foot tall now. frustrating that in 2 years this grass has never been cut without a complaint having to be made first. how many years does this get to go on for?

Olive Cement dump trucks unloading debris from their jobs onto this property. Destroying sidewalks, driving up there curbs, dragging mud all through the neighborhood. Large chunks of bricks, rock, and landscaping debris all over. This is a residential neighborhood not a dump.
