I still don’t have a Ryland Recycling cart. It’s now April and I’ve called multiple times and submitted multiple tickets with no response. What is it going to take to get a recycling bin? Please please please someone respond!!

HOW can we get a Ryland recycle bin? Can we just go to the staging area at Macon Mall and pick one up? I’ve called Ryland ten times, opened MULTIPLE seeclickfix tickets with NO response. Please please someone help

I do not have a new Ryland recycling bin. I called Ryland last week and was told to use the old recycling bin for pickup this week and then I would get a new Ryland recycle bin. My recycling has been at the street since last week and still not picked up and still no new recycling bin. SeeClickFix is a joke and nothing gets done but I’m following the directions from the MaconHub email. Please do something!

it’s been almost two months and a half dozen tickets and my recycling STILL has not been picked up! This is terrible service and no options have been provided. PLEASE pick up the recycling and PLEASE be honest. This is truly not a good experience. I would be happy to take my recycling somewhere if someone would communicate!

Recycling not picked up AGAIN! It was supposed to be picked up two weeks ago. This is my 4th ticket. I was told on my third ticket that recycling would be picked up on the next schedule which would have been today. None of the recycling on my side of Lower Thomaston had been picked up. Please send someone to get it

We just moved to Lower Thomaston road, started trash service back in October and our first bill showed past due even though we never got anything showing an amount due. It's now Jan and we haven't seen any bills. When is the billing cycle? and how do I make sure I get a bill?
