The replacement water line on Clement has put many new water line covers on the street. These covers do not seat well and result in loud noises when cars drive over them.
The new covers on 12th Ave just off the corner of Clement are particularly loud and can be heard for at least a block radius. The covers are directly in line with the car tires that use 12th avenue.

Lack of Stop Sign Archived1059 Clement Street San Francisco, California - Inner RichmondCars come speeding off of Park Presidio Blvd. and continue the "highway" mentality until the first stop sign at 10th and Clement. This is a busy commercial retail corridor with lots of foot traffic. Moreover there is a school on 12th between Clement and California. This intersection (all the intersections on Clement between Park Presidio and Arguello actually) need 4 way stop signs. Crossing the street is unnecessarily stressful.

794 Adrian Ter Santa Venetia, CA 94903 - Santa VenetiaI have narrowly missed two collisions at this intersection over the last six months. This intersection needs stop signs. Best would be on Estancia Way but at all four corners would be acceptable as well.
