    DAMAGED STOP SIGNS: All four signs at the intersections on Helderberg Ave. at Grove Ave., AND Helderberg Ave. at Lawnridge Ave. are either graffitied, faded, bent, or tipping. Please replace/repair.

    Pavement Markings NEEDED: PLEASE ADD STOP LINES and CROSS WALKS. Repeated running of stop signs, speeding, and aggressive driving on Helderberg Ave. between at the intersections at Grove Ave AND at Lawnridge Ave. There is heavy PEDESTRIAN traffic but few sidewalks. There is already precedence for these types of road markings on Helderberg Ave at the Glendale and Forest intersections. [I also also reported these concerns on 08/02/23. I am also separately reporting issues with traffic signs.]

    Reporting repeated running of stop signs on Helderberg Ave at the intersections of Grove Ave AND Lawnridge Ave by vehicles traveling east. Stop signs at these intersections are obscured by trees.
    Speeding and aggressive driving needs to be calmed on Helderberg Ave between Ramsey St and Academy Rd. It has heavy PEDESTRIAN traffic and few sidewalks. Drivers use Helderberg Ave to bypass traffic on New Scotland Ave, especially traveling east. Marking every intersection in every direction on Helderberg Ave with white STOP LINES would emphasize the need to stop. There is precedence for this as some intersections are already marked and this has been done in other residential neighborhood streets throughout the city.
