    Intersection Of 7th Street And Vine Philadelphia, PA - Old City
    The crosswalk on this 6 lane road with high volume of traffic and left turns onto Vine and 676 and 8th street turn is gone. 4 lanes on 7th turn into 6 lanes on Vine and the cars are all navigating each other and without a crosswalk they have no clue that pedestrians are allowed to cross the street there. I have almost been hit by cars many times who are not looking for people in such a highway looking intersection. A re-painted crosswalk would really help to alert drivers that pedestrians are allowed to cross there.
    Look it up on Google with 7th and Franklin Streets and zip code 19105 (not 19106) and you can see an old image and its barely there. Its worse now.

    Tree fell over but not out of the ground. Can be saved if righted up and staked if desired or needs to be removed. Maybe volunteers from PHS or the tree tenders in Phila could assist??

    The traffic control box for the intersection at the entrance / exit ramp to or from I-95 and Columbus Blvd. is wide open and open to the elements and anyone wanting to do anything to it.

    The stop sign was hit by a car a week ago and was on the ground. Now it's gone. THE OPPOSING STREET has an ALL WAY stop sign which can lead to a deadly accident. Either remove the "all way" from the opposing sign or put up a temp. stop sign where the missing one was. I have been seeing near accidents daily!
