    Here we go again with this same property being reported over and over and over again for the past four months and nothing is ever been done about it. There are parts of the sidewalk you cannot walk on because the overgrowth from this property is pouring over the sidewalk. After speaking with someone at least two weeks ago he assured me that this property would be taken care of and possibly moved up on the schedule but here we are nothing is done as usual. Please get out here and get this property cleaned up. We pay Our taxes at this end of the street so we deserve a sidewalk that we can walk on 12 months of the year

    This empty lot has overgrowth onto the sidewalk so bad it's difficult to walk down the sidewalk The mowers do a terrible job going 3 feet into the property They cut the grass only but not all the vegetation hanging over the sidewalk We pay our taxes too st this end of Venice Ave Can't the county keep it safe and clear this off by hacking into this at least 3 feet? And why aren't you fining the owner for doing absolutely nothing?

Venice Ave. It is the address here in this document it is a vacant property and desperately needs to be maintained because all the plants and growth is coming over onto the sidewalk making it impossible to walk or ride a bike

If you’re coming from 75 take the Jacaranda exit and turn right on Venice Avenue and it will be on your right hand side right after the big lake.
