    Garbage left in the open for more than a week. Improperly disposed and exposed to elements. Loose garbage flies around in the lane and often ends up in other residential properties. Please notify the tenant living here about housekeeping responsibilities.

    Major st steep hill - road completely iced up - between Wilson st/Rousseau st - extreme hazard. Someone put a caution tape to close off the Major St road as well. I hope that helps. Ambulances use that route so I hope they are aware of the hazard.

    Power outage in the block. Also saw a huge spark coming from East of our location - either from Wilson st or Rousseau st. Happened a couple of times. First one killed the power and bang. Second was just a flash.

    Bush on corner blocking view of the street for oncoming traffic both for vehicles taking left on major st and also vehicles taking a right from major st into the backlane. The fence is also too high and seems to be encroaching on city property further creating a view obstruction for traffic.

    Garbage in the lane, left outside the cart by resident for weeks. It has been attracting crows, pests who scatter the garbage further and cause it to fly with wind up/down the lane. Also there is a mirror along the fence which can tip over by wind and shatter into sharp pieces.

    Need additional sidewalks on intersection of 120A st and Komagatu Maru Way. There is no direct sidewalk connecting the senior buildings at 7555, 7556 to the grocery/shops across the street at 120A st. The currently sidewalk is too far for senior citizens living at 7555, 7556 whose main building entrance is located on 120A. Refer to the picture with annotations.
