The entire tot lot needs a facelift and remodel. The rubber covers on the structure are peeling off exposing sharp metal; the floor material are ripped up and a tripping hazard, especially around the swings; either remove the sand or add more, but the state that it is now is closer to a litter box. We love this park but it's in a sad state.
