Fairview terrace and Fairview ave don't have sidewalks so the road is the only place to walk. It is complete ice and impossible to walk on. Can it be aggressively salted?

Complete chaos at this very busy intersection. Lights are yellow flashing and people are running reds the other direction. It's been like this for an hour. Why are there police there yet?

If you're going to close down access to 5+ streets at least have traffic police who know where the construction starts and ends and that can help redirect.

I am pretty sure that there is an otter living under the house at the end of Fairview Terrace. It runs from the empty house. It doesn’t bother us but just worried about it.
