    All along Monterey Rd large amount of ice plant, bushes, and over hanging branches are growing into or even on the road coming from the golf course.

    I have both called and emailed asking them to take care of it but have been met with complete indifference. It creates a collection area for trash and a safety hazard for bikers.

    If this is not city responsibility to remove from road, please send an official as they will not respond to normal citizens.
