Constant flow next to driveway discharging to stormwater gutter. Runs downs the block, around the corner and down another block.

Motorist called in about two concrete covers on the south side of 102nd Ave at Ridge Rd. One is turned up and she is afraid a child may fall in.

Resident says a reclaimed water repair has not been completed. There is still a large open hole in yard.

Large road depression that lines up with the sanitary sewer access. This is not a pothole but something eroding under road. The City of Seminole doesn't have a stormwater pipe here.

Strong odor from the sanitary sewer lid in the grassy area between the complex and Apple Butter Cafe. They can smell it inside the building.

Pothole reported southbound in the far west lane.

Significant leak from the red fire main located near the blue backflow preventer.

Significant water leaking from the above ground blue pipe in front of Fire Station 30.

Sw corner catch basin lid has been crushed into pieces.

Two large potholes eastbound.

Northbound third lane just prior to entering intersection at Park Blvd.

Resident, Richard Dolendi has complained of water spilling out from an access lid at this location. Confirmed by an employee.

New unprotected catch basins are getting asphalt crumbles from construction work here and at Ridge & 81st Pl.

3" deep by 6' depression in road. Road has settled by water valve tie-in repair.
