    The metal walkway at 40th street on the oceanfront still has not been repaired. Crews came down and took away the broken rails and put up yellow tape. No progress yet and old people with knee replacements need the ramp. Please come fix it. The stairs can be painful for old people. Thank you!

    Concrete ramp handrails on the beach ramp are broken - pieces laying on the ramp and beach. This has been broken since last summer. With few people out and about, now might be a good time for repairs? The concrete ramp walkway is directly in front of OCEANS CONDOMINIUMS. It is the next ramp down from the end-of-the-boardwalk ramp. Thank you! Stay well.

    It's not a street light, but a light on the end of the boardwalk at 40th Street. It flashes on and off. Does it have a short in it? Is it supposed to blink on and off? It's right at the stairs that lead to the sand on the beach at 40th. Thank you for checking on it!
