    First responders delivered elderly couple by boat across front yard to my house stranded by floods. Costly landscape repairs and now VERY DANGEROUS drain covers opened near walkway capable of hurting pedestrians, pets, and bikers. If the Mayorial Action Center doesnt start taking this situation seriously especially along the evacuation center, you are going to raise unneccessary concerns regarding Snell Isle living impacting quality of life and values. This will most certainly impact voting, and trigger damage claims. This is my 3rd request for action including a request from city to cover underground openings in my yard. All requests have been ignored. Typical do nothing city officials!!
