    Howard County is really slacking with the grass cutting in the medium from near 95 exits but really bad between Leisure Road and the circle at exit for 29. Last year, the contractor you hired did a GREAT job and came every week. This year, is AWFUL!!! It is filled with weeds, some over three feet tall and many growing out of the cement. This is not how HC should look.

    There was no cstegory thst fit so I had to pick something. There were renovations done to Stephen's Road when the bridge was replaced. There were several islands with new trees and grass. Have you forgotten us? The grass has never been cut and is now as tall as the top of the stakes for the weeds! There were also some daffodils planted, but are gone now, soon to be more weeds.
    Can a mowing be added to the regular schedule so this doesn't happen? Also, "in the spring", repairs were to be made to the bridge on several spots were the rain isn't draining. Nothing has been done and it's almost summer! Any updates? Thank you.

    The issue is on STEPHENS ROAD
    this spot on Stephens before you come to the bridge. The water flows from the median across the road. When freezes it will be accident waiting to happen. This is heading toward Gorman Rd.

    Also, on STEPHENS ROAD on the bridge, the water is not draining and is ponding on the right side. This is also heading toward Gorman Rd.

    Please have someone look into this as most of the work appears to be done, but these need to be fixed.

    With the addition of the new medium on Stephens Rd, it was caused all the large trucks to drive much closer to the Bradford Pear Trees. Many limps have come down and there has been damage to these trees. Since Howard County is doing this project, aren't they also responsible for this damage and the clean up? These trees may also need trimming to avoid this continuing problem. Please have this checked ASAP! Thank you?

    Between Gorman Rd on Stephens Rd to the construction (bridge) site, there are 5 different street signs down. Most of these can probably be put back in, but nobody has come to do it. They are on both sides of Stephens. Please have someone check and upright. Thanks!

    I reported this before and you advised work was completed and you closed the ticket. This is not true and I would like you to check again. The location associated with this request is just reference only. The problem is potholes (I believe I counted 5) on Stephens Rd from Gorman Rd to the circle at Whiskey Bottom. So, it is in the right lane if you are driving as I have described. Please send someone to take care of this. Thank you.
