9525 Hemlock Dr Se Huntsville, Alabama, 35803 - Huntsville
9525 Hemlock Drive is an unoccupied dwelling that has been empy for quite some time since the owner died. There is a very large tree fairly close to the road, which has been dead for some time. A very large tree. Tall upright branches that remain on the tree are losing their bark as is the tree itself. The tree or a significant portion of it could easily take out the power lines for the neighborhood and come crashing down onto the road in front of the home.

Some 75 feet or more of brush is growing out into the road on a blind hairpin curve reducing a two lane road to one lane.

My neighbor at 9503 Holder, has a corner lot at Holder and Hemlock Drive. The section of his property along Holder has a sidewalk and my neighbor keeps that area neat and clear because he does not want to impede foot traffic on the sidewalk, BUT along the Hemlock side of his lot he is allowing tall invasive Japanese Honeysuckle to grow rampant along Hemlock and out into the road. This is dangerous as it not only forces foot traffic well out into the center of the road, but north-bound/west-bound automotive traffic is also forced into the oncoming lane in order to negotiate passage past his property. The situation is further complicated by the facts that this section of his lot is on a blind hill with a hair pin curve.
