Commuter Rail Users are skirting paying for parking by overcrowding Highland Street. There is major pedestrian danger involved here, especially now that the Rogers is being used as a school again. Some cars fly down this street from getting off of the highway, and If school children cross between parked vehicles, or emergency vehicles are responding while somebody is trying to cross the road, it could be a hazard.
