Left turn signal at State/Union/Water St intersection (south bound) doesn't turn green. I noticed this issue yesterday morning and this morning. It may relate to work done on the traffic signal there on Thursday afternoon, as it worked fine before that. Ideally, turn signal should also be programmed to last longer once it's back on. 7 a.m. is a busy time at that intersection, but the turn signal (when it was working) only lasted long enough for two or three cars.
