The new rectangular stop if pedestrians are crossing has graffitti on it.

Several spots along Divisions St from Noble St to Bosworth Avenue have metal covers on the road, covering holes from some construction that was done on the road. They have become un-aligned and are worse than potholes to drive over and will soon cave into whatever they are covering up. These metal covers have been there for weeks and weeks and no construction crews have returned to fix whatever was started.

Stop Sign at corner of Wood & Cortez is no longer upright but hanging on by two nails and upside down. The pole is also tilted.

I94 exit ramp stop sign has graffiti covering it up.

This sign has been covered over by a large sticker and graffiti. It is no longer readable.

Not sure of the exact address but on the southeast end of the block there is a pile of tree branches in the parking area of the street taking up much needed parking space. They look like they've been there for awhile as the leaves are all brown.

Walked down this street and there was dog poop and flies everywhere and a rat right on the sidewalk!!! This is towards the South End on the East Side. The whole street needs to be cleaned up.

I have previously reported this pothole which never got taken care of over 6 months ago. The heat this summer has made it grow wider and deeper. It is right after Ashland Avenue along the westbound lane of traffic on Augusta.

The house on the SE corner of Thomas & Damen has been tagged by Graffiti along the Thomas side. I am not the homeowner but saw it and wanted to report it to help in getting it removed. Thank you.

There is a sinkhole just west of the Augusta & Wood intersection. The hole is getting very deep.

This issue was orginally posted as "Bad Pothole Repair" as the original fix of the sinkhole was done poorly. The fix was a patch of bumpy asphault that did not fix the sinkhole problem. As such it is not surprising that the sinkhole is back. http://seeclickfix.com/issues/124672-bad-pothole-repair

There is a alley that joins Wolcott to Evergreen via Ellen Street. It is a "shortcut to get from Wolcott area west to the park. In the alleyway on a black fence are several graffitti tags

Westbound Augusta Blvd. It is more like a small sinkhole the size of a sewer cover, but it will become a pothole very soon and cause damage to vehicles.

I get home from class at 9:30pm and cannot find any parking on my block. I know that there are illegally parked cars on the block. I call 911 for a squad car to come and ticket and if they actually do come I have actually seen them drive up and down the block and not issue any tickets! What is the point of me paying extra for zoned parking if it is not enforced and there is no parking! There are muggings going on in the area and I do not feel comfortable walking several blocks alone to get to my home.

Halsted Street between Lake St and Milwaukee Ave is absolutely horrible, feels like you have left the roadway and have gone off road. The street is a series of bumps like a bad rollercoaster, with lots of potholes. This severely needs to be redone!

The stoplight has been out for several days.

A very deep pothole is located halfway down the block going north on the east side of the street. This is on Wood Street between Wabansia and Bloomingdale.

A few months ago we had a block party and the fire department came and opened the fire hydrant. It was awesome! However, the fire hydrant leaked afterward, a city worker I think a city street cleaner drove by and saw and got out and tightened it. (Seeing a city worker go above and beyond was awesome!) However, there is still a leak. Not sure if this is a big issue , the birds love having a drink there. But am concerned.

The road of the 1000 Block of Honore (between Augusta & Thomas) has eroded to the point where small potholes make up the road, making it feel like an old unpaved alleyway instead of a street. Are there any plans to repave it? If so when?
