    Location unsure, no street address. For a couple months I noticed a large pile of roadway concrete debri.. Looks like a large dump truck just put it there. Behind it is a white van. It is very close to the roadway. Like it to be removed and find out how the heck it got there.

    Stepped up patrols are needed, since Citizens are suing the Back Bay Refuge as their personal garbage bump.
    Please pick up the current garbage, it is hurting everything.
    I also believe road side parking at these turnouts should be prohibited.

    Public works is on a 30 rotation to cut the common area grass. On Muddy creek 3o days has passed and the side of the road all the way down is long and needs to be cut again.

    Pipes under N Muddy Creek road are clogged and/or drainage system clogged up in swamp area. We are not draining as it should. Request that pipe under road be blown out at this address on the corner, and Mr. Johnson send up that drone we paid for to check drainage path. Please fix. Send the troops into the swamp to clear path. May even have to dig trenches deeper.

    Road Common area needs to be cut. Side of the road is so long it obstructs being able to see. It is was one as a car in some spots. I know they are on a 30 day rotation and I am not sure of the last cut. But this is way too long. Please get Public Works to her ego cut the side of the roads.

    TWO LARGE CITY BARRICADES, SET UP BY CITY ON APRIL 13TH IN DITCHES. THEY HAVE BEEN IN PLACE OVER TWO WEEKS. THESE ARE LARGE AND HAVE BEEN PUSHED INTO THE DITCHES WITH SANDBAGS. THE CITY EMPLOYEES WHO SET THEM UP DID NOT LEAVE ANY ROM FOR LOCAL TRAFFIC TO GET THROUGH. THERE WAS NO CHICE BUT TO MOVE THEM SO WE COULD GET HOME. THEY SAY ROAD CLOSED EXCEPT FOR LOCAL TRAFFIC. NOW THEY ARE BOTH IN THE DITCHES AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. PLEASE PICK THEM UP. IF I PICK THEM UP I WIL KEEP THEM SINCE OUR TAX DOLLARS HAVE PAID FOR THEM.

    Please Close the gate at Asheville Park Immediately. Water has been rising all day and is about to flood the us out on over wash the road. There is no South wind a West wind of maybe 5 to 2. No other reason for it. Please close the gate NOW!! It has filled up our ditches and is over washing.

    Emergency Request. The Dam and Weir at Asheville Park is pouring out water and flooding the roads. The door needs to be SHUT! No reason for it to be open. Retention ponds are fine. We have a strong North Wind. THIS WATER IS FLOODING US! Close the Gate to the Weir.

    There is a blockage, several possible. Water is very low and we have a North Wind. We have water on the roadway and certain ditches are full and overfilling. Suggest a blockage someplace along the Drainages system, and or pipes. If this has not been reported then you inspectors are not doing there jobs.

    Drainage Ditches on both sides of N. Muddy Creek Road have not been dug out, from Blue Pete's North to Indian River. This section has not been touched? No drainage ditches exist, they have completely filled in. I know the crew is out here, this section really needs to get done while they are here before leaving.

    Pipe which goes under North Muddy Creek is clogged or has collapsed. The ditch which flows through this pipe have not been cleaned out in decades. It runs the length of my property and my neighbors, to the back. I have learned through my research the City does own the easement and is suppose to maintain it. Currently because of lack of maintenance it is overgrown and needs to be redone. The other side of this pipe runs through the Back Bay into the North Bay. It is all part of the City drainage system here, we are not on city water or have pipes, we have ditches. The length of this whole ditch is quite long and filed with debris and overgrown from lack of maintenance. Part of the reason we have reoccurring flooding. The Ditch and pipe must be cleaned out and dug. I have already put in a request to do the front of the property which carrells the road and my driveway pipe. This is different and it is a large project but it needs to be done and very soon to help mitigate flooding in our area. This is something which can be done now. oohing needs to be built, just manpower, and the equipment which the city already has. The City does own the easement and it is the City of VABCH responsability to maintain it. Call me and I will be happy to show Danny or whomever what I am talking about. The Ditch splits my property from my neighbors, runs under the road, over into the North Bay.
