    There are 2 spots on each side of the street where tires have created "sinking ruts" in the street. The street is sinking into the ground in these spots causing the bottom of cars to scrape the street. The street is buckling. These needs to be filled in. There a couple of locations on the street with the same thing happening that also need to be patched. This location is the worst. These are right in line with the fence post at 133 Hawkes.
