see previous request #12928498 for illegal trash. Even though the landlord was notified nothing was done and this continues to be an issue. Illegal trash left on the curb when it is not trash night. Illegal trash cans left on the front porch. Please enforce the code 313-8!

Garbage cans cannot be left on front porches per Albany housing codes. Also, these cans have been left full on the porch for weeks.

The residents of 463 Morris St. have regularly played music in their backyard either too loud or too late at night which is disturbing to the surronding neighbors.

House is abandoned and the front and backyards have trees and weeds overgrown for years and are growing into three adjacent properties as well as blocking the sidewalk.

This is a BUS STOP! Next to Burger King on Central by Partridge.
The nastiest bus stop in all of Albany.
Why can't the city DGS workers clean this eyesore but no they just let people sit in filth waiting for a bus. Incredible laziness!!

The student house always has piles of garbage in front of the building creating a disgusting and disgraceful scattering of garbage all over the area.

this dumpster keeps moving around. now it is fully obstructing the sidewalk. According to codes it needs to be enclosed by a fence and not just roaming the sidewalk behind the church!!

These trash barrels have been sitting there for over 3 weeks now without being emptied!!

Once again the dumpster behind St. George's church on Yates st. is the focal point of people just wanting to dump garbage and trash. The County Waste dumpster people only service the dumpster and DO NOT pick up any of the accumulated trash around it. This garbage and trash has been sitting there for months now and it just get bigger and bigger.

just another example of this city's FAILED POLICY of not picking up tv's and just putting a sticker on them while they sit for weeks on the curb and slowly get destroyed which spreads dangerous glass shards all over the sidewalks and curbs. This policy may have seemed good on paper but IN REALITY it creates more dangerous and volatile debris. WHY???????????????

for the 2nd time in a few months this house has put a tv on the curb knowing full well that it is wrong to do so. It will sit on the curb for weeks because of city policy (PUTTING A STUPID STICKER ON IT DOES NOTHING AND JUST PROLONGS THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE TV STAYS ON THE CURB. IT DOES NOT STOP OR FIX THE ISSUE!!!!!) and it will just get stomped or kicked in, glass broken and littering the area. there have been numerous complaints about the garbage from this house. It has garbage literally ringing the house with it. the people there also are marijuana dealers so there is activity there at all hours of the day.

Abandoned TV sitting on curb behind st mary & st george church next to their dumpster. It has been there for 3 months already! Still not stickered!

there is garbage all along the left side (driveway) of the house that has been there for weeks now left by upstairs tenants. neither landlord nor tenants won't pick it up or put curbside

see ticket 1971614 THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND THE HOLES ARE STILL THERE JUST GETTING DEEPER. WHY WAS THE PREVIOUS TICKET CLOSED WITHOUT FIXING IT.

The landlord of this location refuses to do any lawn or property maintenance. Every year I have to file a complaint with the city just to get the lawn mowed!
Landlord will never mow the lawn and it will only get worse with time.
