This isn't quite the right spot for this problem, but I'm pretty sure it falls under Public Works. The new water fountain at Tattnall Square Fountain is pouring out water non-stop. It seems to be coming from inside the fountain, so this isn't just a little trickle of a leak. It's a bit of a gusher, and it's putting water all over the sidewalk.

Two lights are out at the tennis building in Tattnall Square Park, leaving tennis players in the dark on a treacherous walk back to their cars.

A water fountain installed in the tennis center has been leaking for months. The leaking has created a sitting pool of water around new trees installed by the city in the tennis center. Two of those trees have died and the tennis manager has ordered two more to replace them. These CANNOT be planted unless the water fountain issue is resolved, and they must be planted in the next few weeks. These trees cannot have any standing water beneath them, or they'll die again. If someone can fix this leak in the next week or two, that would be great.
