Constellation has been "under construction" for years. I think it's about time to get the ball rolling on this development and get some stores/apartments/offices built. This is a major gateway to downtown and could be an easy way to attract many people to the downtown area! I hope that this shopping center (if ever completed) will live up to the hyped expectations.
